I don’t have a full replay recording of the bug’s actions. I managed to record the spot where the enemy had already fallen through and hid, but the stomping sounds are clearly audible. Video
Yes, this will prevent you from advancing to the next level in the Crucible
When dropping off the ledge it opens and you can see where the mob glitched through the wall trying to attack from below and got stuck inside that part of the map.
I don’t have time to upload the other files. But the screenshot should show what is needed for whatever that map is inside crucible.
I had three of those cerim enemies get stuck under that rock formation right after I entered the floor and moved towards them, the first one managed to get out, the second one only had his head poking out, and the third one got stuck under there for good
if you don’t have some kind of long range melee weapon or aoe attack to hit him through the wall that’d be a nasty softlock
I hope this format is okay. I was doing a crucible run. I was just under the other platform to the left, on the ground (before the screenshoted one) and shot at a halberd echo knight who promptly teleported inside the pillar.
I was unable to kill him, so I tossed myself in the pit and started over.
This has happened to me twice now for some reason. It always happens in this same room. An enemy on the bottom floor near where you start glitches under the floor because apparently there is a space there. This completely ruins the run because without killing the last enemy, you cannot progress. Please either add a button to respawn the enemy somewhere else on the map or run a check periodically to ensure that enemies are reachable and respawn them automatically if they aren’t. I’ve not included any logs because it is obvious from the enclosed gif.
Found enemies can pass through a wall in crucible and prevent the round from ending.
The spot is just below where you start on this level, an enemy rushed me with a shield and went through the wall, I then could proceed until i got the camera to show me the little room and used a lightning AoE attack to kill the final enemy.
In the screenshot below you can see the small room to the right of my character.
Shown in the photo when running crucible, the knight/paladin mob teleported into this wall. There is no way I can hit it and thus soft locked the progression.
