I’m running keyboard and mouse in russian localization
Trying to upgrade Seeker’s Halt whisper, but “Make offering” button won’t respond.
I tried:
Clicking button with my mouse
Pressing or holding F key bound to this action
Toggling my keyboard layout
Exiting whisper menu, doing stuff in game, going back to whisper
Dying
Didn’t help
I stumbled upon this a couple times before and It felt more like selector inconsistency. But it wore off over time then. It’s only now that I can’t progress in upgrading a whisper completely
If it helps - it’s my first time visiting this location in an hour long session. Maybe memory related
Offerings to “whisper” breaks UI
It is impossible to exit the menu, no pressing of any kind does not respond.
The problem did not occur after restarting the game and trying again.
It was noticed:

The Black Trench: Fungal Shrine (failed to record) - Items could only be offering from one tab. The offer posting feature, like everything else, was not working. Video and log files
In the video, you can see switching controls from a gamepad to a keyboard. This had no effect; the “ESC” key didn’t work, nor did any other key.
This is just a guess. You need to activate the whisper, die, and then try using the whisper offerings. Because it only happened once, it’s not a given that I’m going in the right direction.
Hello, I encountered a bug where the Winged Door Whisper locked me into my inventory and I could not do anything. Here is a clip of it, it was fixed after I closed the game with Alt+F4 and got back into it.
Yes, that is why I have shown in the clip that I could not put them in. So far this had been the only time I encountered this. If I find other Whispers with it will edit the starting post or reply again
Having the same issue, and honestly - I don’t have any idea why or how it occurs.
My suggestion it may caused by issue with inventory, when some items cannot be selected at all, or selected item does not have highlighted frame. I think of this, because previously I have no issues with whispers or with inventory itself.
That could be, if it was not fixed most of the time when you close the game and reload. Then same whisper, same inventory everything the same and it works
Hi, same issue on The Black Trench - Fungal Shrine after a long play session yesterday evening, more than 3h. And also got it Sunday evening on Orban Glades - Forgotten Bridge, long session too.
Yup happened in fungal shrine and pretty much every other shrine where offering can b made. Only solution is to force close game. I did have new items in my bags that have that orange dot indicting a new item. IDK if that is the issue. No deaths prior to clicking.
When I open the Whisper Offering menu to unlock fast travel, the game gets stuck on that screen. I’m unable to navigate through the menu or make an offering, and I also can’t exit the menu afterward. The only way to leave is to restart the game.
Has happened to me as well. Unable to exit, on controller or keyboard. Alt-F4 is only way out. Has happened multiple times. But at different whispers. Most recent was Black Trench - Fungal Shrine. But have had it happen on the over world as well.
Its like the game is attempting to interact with the standard game UI and the offering UI at the same time.
