Soft locked out of the Black Trench due to Darak exploit

today I went to complete a black trench bounty and found I could not enter the gate, due to the cellar gate key not spawning. so, I abandoned bounty in case it prevented the enemy or chest from spawning, seeing as I had found an exploit to get to the Darak boss fight without using the gate key or raising the water. The Black Trench Soft Lock Skip

I was able to complete the Of Rats and Raiders quest by defeating Darak without having the Water Channel Key or Sewer Lever Handle by using a cheeky skip. However the Key and Lever despawned and that has soft locked me from a portion of The Black Trench and I can no longer complete some bounties.
