I think he means this. I got the same problem. Sometimes it was enough to restart the game or change to another vendor. But as of today it wont go away and i cant sell anywhere. Did not change settings or something else. It was sometimes before the Hotfix today but after the Hotfix its permanent now.
Update: It was gone after changing the realm.
