Bosses in the Pestilence Outbreak areas are constantly regenerating health, doesn’t matter if I’m standing beside them or at range. This is a huge problem, its bad enough that all bosses can attack you from off screen but getting them to stop regenerating is just so random. Get rid of the regen, its just making so having a tank to position the boss is absolutely required. Its not interesting, Its lazy design and just ruining the fun of the game.

That is definitely a bug and not intended. Could you possibly show it with a screenshot or clip?
Are you using any mods by chance?
