Title. After the last hotfix, the map markers can be seen/edited only the FIRST time you open the map. Then, if you close it and reopen it, they DISAPPEAR completely.
To fix that you have to go back to the menu, re-enter, then open the map, make the edits you need and then repeat because that is a mess.
My markers keep disappearing from the map. They are visible outside of the map though. I also now have no way of removing them since I can’t delete something that is not there. I also did not just filter them out.

Edit: The The markers in the world also moved around. When I place a new marker the others will move to it’s location an inherit the symbol as well. I have screenshot of this, but I can only place one embeded file in my post.
Hello, I have a question, I see that the map stops making marks, but I don’t know how to remove them, I don’t see an option. On the other hand, a curious thing that I have seen is that if you visit the world of one character with another, the rune marks of the main world remain on the visitor even when he returns to his original world (at least it has happened to me when visiting a lower level one in a higher level world), otherwise it is a great game
My map markers do not show on the map at all. However I can see them on my screen when they are nearby.
While this is a bug, it also highlights a need for a “remove all custom markers” option in the UI.
Edit: verify all game files fixed this. For reference I play on steam deck and use the sleep feature heavily which I know to trigger bugs… not sure if this is one of them.

I wanted to share issue that I encounter while gaming. The problem is with map markers. When I add few of them it is not possible to remove them from the main game screen. They are not visible on the map and can’t be removed. Can I ask to fix this issue?
Example - below a link to my Twitch stream where the issue is visible. Look from about 23:50 time of the stream.
I was testing with these markers yesterday, and when placing markers and going back to game, I see them in game but when I go back to the map they are not there.
Placed markers is on but they are not visible on the map screen.
And custom map markers are on in settings:
Right now I am just going to disable the show custom map markers in overworld so I don’t have to see all my test markers ingame, until there is a fix for this. Since when they are not visible on the world map you cannot delete them 
Has anyone found any work-arounds? This is pretty annoying.
