I got the “Seen the Light” bounty to kill some enemies in Iona’s Cave. I had upgraded the whisper there so I teleported to it and the the enemies for the bounty didn’t spawn.
I had to go out of the cave and enter through the entrance, which made the cave darker with the correct enemies inside.
Teleporting to Iona’s Cave seems to not trigger the bounty enemies to spawn.
