I have over 500 hours in together update. I have seen copious amounts of all the uniques, but I have only ever gotten one Tarnished Wand.
Though anecdotal, it was also the last unique to drop for my group and the only we have a single copy of, despite some of the lads farming the Crucible Knight with the return-to-entrance trick.

Falstead barricade build with 900 focus and a wand. The plan was to mix elements together, so focusing on boosting one didn’t make sense. I forgot tarnished wand was faith so decided to play with it. It’s pretty good. I also didn’t want to have to make a full plagued set.

Yap one block giving 90 focus is OP. 80%+ stagger resistance. Heroes never die.
Yeah good call, it’s an exceedingly rare weapon for some reason.
