# Rune does not receive any form of damage benefit

1,The intelligence bonus also has no bonus to rune (skill). When my intelligence is 55, my damage to monsters is 180. When my intelligence is 71, my damage to monsters is still 180. It only enhances my normal attack. , which is unreasonable.  
Why does increasing a mage’s intelligence increase normal attack, but not skill damage?  
2, Rune rings and fierce rings do not increase the damage of skills (runes) at all (already tested with ring and without rings)
