# Random system crashes - Breach refined

Hi  
Today during the day I witnessed 2 random crashes while just normally playing. One was when I was using the shops and the other was while I was playing the crucible

Hey @notrlvnt ,

We’re sorry to hear that you were facing these crashes. I want to say thank you for sending us your crash logs and your diax dag. I’d like to ask that you also send us your player logs so we have all avenues to deep dive in to this..

Here is how to retrieve it.

- Player logs can be found at:,

C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Moon Studios\NoRestForTheWicked

Just like I mentioned in the other posts I doubled check the google drive folder and as you see in the image attached the player logs are there:
