Hello, someone in another thread recommended I contact this thread.
My system has an RTX4060, Ryzen 7 5700X, 32GB of RAM, and a 1080p resolution. This configuration exceeds the stated recommended requirements, but I still constantly experience frame rates dropping below 60. This mostly happens in open views like this one, on the bridge to the Nesting Tower, and by the campfire at Sakramenta Market.
