After upgrading Whittacker’s shop, I tried running up the stairs to the top floor of his shop but there’s an invisible wall before you get to the balcony, which I assume should be accessible?
Super minor thing, but just making a note.

The path to the balcony in the sawmill is blocked.
If you move to the right, you can catch on to something and climb up.
