today, i managed to get in some sort of ultra bugged state after entering the crucible. _i have no video recording of this bug. i have no clue how to replicate it, nor how common it is. the only thing i can do is explain what happened and send my log files._ LOGS AND SAVES: [31.1 MB file on MEGA](https://mega.nz/file/H5UAVD4L#6zFFckGHX2lCm_f69Bo5H8t-eoKw_J83AsqLi1U2AGA) if you’re a dev and i spoke to you about this bug, ignore everything i previously said. i now understand a little more about the behavior than before. * * * ## behavior of this bugged state i spent some time examining it throughout a couple crucible runs and only looked at it a bit in the overworld. - **false advertisement:** i found that spending traces on echoes does one of two things – gives me the wrong echo (an echo that i did NOT pick), or straight up doesnt give me any echoes at all and just eats my traces. closing and re-opening the menu temporarily fixes this for some reason. - **chests wont stay open:** when i open a chest in the seneschal or treasure room, my character insists on closing it every time i take out an item, even if the chest has multiple items. - **chest froze me:** one time in the treasure room, a chest froze me after i closed it. i couldn’t move until i opened and closed my inventory. - **ugly parry:** parrying does not emit any yellow spark effects like it normally does. - **long load times:** teleporting to the next crucible floor (or back to the atrium) takes an abnormally long time - **whisper weirdness:** pressing the fast travel button on a whisper doesn’t work the first time… but it does work on the second try?? * * * that’s all i found. i’ll see tomorrow if i can somehow get it to happen again, but the chances of that are slim. I’m not sure if it was intentional but the Crucible is now significantly harder and drops way more echoes now. On top of that I noticed in a few runs yesterday, after the patch, that more than half of the upgrades I got were having no effect at all. For example I got the upgrade that infuses your weapon with lightning and it didn’t do anything even though I had no other infusions at all. You might wanna take another look at the patch but love the game overall! ---
