My configuration is I5 13th 32 gb ram ddr5 ARC 750 . After creation character and Realm, the screen became black and close app returning at Desktop ---

Same here. Arc a770 and Intel 12900k. I run other games like butter. Keeps crashing after trying to start game from load screen. ---

Installed the latest GPU driver. Things got worse. Now the game crashes at the main menu. ---

Hi, I have not the same, but quite similar problem with the game. It’s crashing during the cutscene after the first ship section in the game. Already did the “tutorial” 3 times: 1st time it game froze just after the cutscene started, during the female character monologue (game froze and after a while I got message saying that the game is unresponsive, tried to wait a good while, but eventually turned it off), 2nd and 3rd time it happened when ship crashed on the rock (the screen turned black and nothing happened, after a while message about the game being unresponsive showed up again). Anyone encountered similar situation and has any solution? Tried windowed mode, turning v-sync on and off. I know that the game has technical issues right now, but I haven’t seen similar thread. Also, I believe that my PC is quite good: i7-10870 32 GB RAM RTX 3070 SSD I’ll give a virtual high-five to anyone who can guide me to a solution. 😃 ---

I have a very similar setup - A770 and an i7 12700k. Same issue, game hangs for a sec at the loading screen and then CTDs. Extremely frustrating. ---

I have Asus ROG PG42UQ and when I select fullscreen I have to disable HDR ingame ---

I am unable to play the game as it crashes as soon as realm loads. I tried different settings variations, and it will simply not work. Since game started and has very solid rendering in the menus, I doubt that this is Intel Arc driver issue or even hardware issue. PC specs: CPU: AMD R7 7800X3D MB: Asus TUF x670E Wifi Plus GPU: Asus TUF RTX 4090 RAM: 64GB DDR5 6400 Nvidia Driver: 551.76 (same behavior on 552.22) The game is installed on an SSD (NVME tb2 Samsung). I played fine last night for several hours (FPS between 60 and 100 on Quality settings with HDR, only turned off motion blur). Started a new character on a new realm. The game crashes after around the 5 or 10 min mark. Ran file verification in Steam chkdsk trim updated gpu driver rebooted same behavior, crashes every 5-10 mins. Happens faster in new realms, but still happens in my realm from last night as well. ---

I’m not getting the exact same event on my pc but the same thing is happening to me. Get in the game just fine can play around for 5 - 10 mins and then my system shuts down and auto reboots. ---

yeah that is worse that what i have going on. My PC isn’t rebooting but the game freezes and then eventually crashes to desktop. ---

Hello ! Your game looks amazing, but unfortunately I can’t get it working past character creation, after which I get stuck on a black screen (got some voice for 2 secs once, from what I expect to be the intro cinematic ?) then nothing the screen freeze black and after a short delay the game closes or Windows warns me that the game is no longer responding. Everything works perfectly in the menu, the options, or character creation. I tried to tune down graphical settings, pulled everithing down but it doens’t help, despite running on a configuration that should meet the minimum requirements : |CPU| AMD Ryzen 7 7700X 8-Core Processor 4.50 GHz| |RAM| 32,0 Go (31,1 Go)| |GPU| Intel(R) Art™ A770 Graphics 16 Go 2,1 GHz| AppData and dxdiag files : [NRFTW](https://1drv.ms/f/c/0adae9619c696917/EpEqlm-c7eRIuSYlJD9YKqEBwNsNygoJRJvOIUT0w6KrWA?e=F2wlUD) ---

I can confirm, this happens for me too, but not always. However, when it happens, it is quite persistent. Also, I think i found a way around it: If you do not click “continue” but “realms” and start from there, it starts normally for me. ---
