I started a new realm for the 3rd time just cause and when I beat the first boss for the 3rd time he didn’t drop Ichor or the legendary sword that he dropped the first 2 playthroughs. Is this a bug with the loot system? Aren’t you supposed to get Ichor from him?

I would expect the ichor should always drop but the legendary is probably rng as I didn’t get one either on kill.
