You can grab onto the base of the bridge and pull yourself up, bypassing the railings. When sprint jumping off the left side of the rocks to get to the chest under the bridge I repeatedly jumped up through the bottom of the bridge and landed on top of it. ---

Teleported to Nameless Pass, killed mobs on the bridge.
