In the Lowland Meadows location, if you descend onto the platform.

You can swim through the plagued water before progressing the story, but once the water is drained, the situation becomes similar to [this](https://forum.norestforthewicked.com/t/orban-glades-there-is-no-way-back/21356).

This issue did not exist in the beta version of the game.
