# Hey everyone, We need your help to thoroughly investigate and resolve the performance issues you’re experiencing! We’ve developed a special tool and a dedicated build to capture all the necessary information to address your reports. Please follow the guidelines presented here carefully. If you have any questions, feel free to PM me here or on Discord. Thank you for your support! * * * 1. Download [this tool](https://drive.google.com/file/d/19CFO-AyfSch6I9PfNZRe_SPTcb0ic8b7/view?usp=sharing) (11.34 MB), and extract it to `%AppData%\..\LocalLow\Moon Studios\NoRestForTheWicked`. 2. Launch the game. 3. While in areas **where you experience poor performance** , press the keyboard shortcut: **CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+D** to start a capture. 4. Some people might see a warning from Windows Defender. Click on **More info** : 5. It will then ask for Administrator permissions, **which is required** because it accesses the kernel level ETW events. 6. After about 30-40 seconds, an explorer window should open, with the capture selected: 7. Other necessary files we need: - DxDiag (hardware info) - [How to get DxDiag report](https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows/open-and-run-dxdiag-exe-dad7792c-2ad5-f6cd-5a37-bf92228dfd85) - Player log - `%AppData%\..\LocalLow\Moon Studios\NoRestForTheWicked` → Player.log files. - Save files - `%AppData%\..\LocalLow\Moon Studios\NoRestForTheWicked` → DataStore folder - Graphics settings - Screen capture your Display and Graphics tabs in Game Settings and save them as `.png` or `.jpg` ## To sum it up, here’s what we need: - The `.etl` and `.json` files that the capture tool created. - The log files **(both Player.log and Player-prev.log)** - The DataStore folder - The screen capture files of both your Display and Graphics tabs in Game Settings. - A short description of the issue captured: “The game runs at 30 FPS when traversing Sacrament”; “The area captured has a lot of stutters,” etc. ## How to send us the files Please upload all of these files externally to websites such as [wetransfer.com](http://wetransfer.com) or to your Google Drive/OneDrive account and DM the link to us here on the forum: - Scroll down the left sidebar to DMs: - Click on the ‘+’ icon on the left sidebar: ![image](https://canada1.discourse-cdn.com/flex003/uploads/wickedforum/original/2X/4/4e77cf4a4068afa716d3c584cfbf68fd981d813c.png) - Add the `MoonPerformanceDevs` group to the chat: - Click on ‘Create group chat’: _By sending the report, you agree to send your logs and diagnostic information, which will only be used to help diagnose and solve the issue reported and improve our services, subject to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service._ _[Take-Two Terms of Service](https://www.take2games.com/legal/)_ _[Take-Two Interactive Software Privacy Policy](https://www.take2games.com/privacy/)_ ---
