It hasn’t been a “mass miscommunication”. Most of the pushback against the founder’s pack has been people being unaware of it, missing out, then upset about it.
Are you able to read your own evidence? I’ve already laid it out, not going to rehash it again and again because it seems you’re committed to whatever you seem to be doing

Many people can have the same missunderstanding yet their reason behind it can be a totally different story.
Please clarify the type of “shame” you are referring to, are you talking about victimized indirect shame or have someone shamed you directly?
None is punishing or shaming you for having other priorities that might have been more important at the time.
Assumptions and Expectations such as taking it for granted without doing the proper research is a very common practice among us Gamers whatever it may be about.

People probably had more important prioritizes on their wishlists just like how during major seasonal sales, consumer spend is heavily fragmented across massive backlogs, leading to wishlist paralysis or funds being exhausted earlier in the sale before securing limited-time bonus offers.
Multiple mid-year gaming showcases, release announcements, and promotional cutoffs occurring simultaneously in June and July, time-sensitive perks frequently get lost in the noise for those who aren’t checking developer updates daily.

To clarify on the “shame” there seem to be others to take a lot of pleasure in berating or otherwise shaming people who fall in this bucket. It’s not unique to NRFTW community at all, but it doesn’t seem to be enough for them to gain, others must also not gain for them to feel good. Mainly in discord.
I’m sorry but I don’t see the issue here. The founders get a house and 1 weapon. Its just a small thank you for supporting the development. nothing impactful.
The info was clearly posted on multiple channels and most importantly the steam page. The discord had this info as well. And both discord and Steam page even had 2 additional posts clearly stating the deadline.
Posts were made in June, 3 days before the cutoff and even on the day itself to give people a headsup about it.
It sucks that you missed it, but in no way will this impact your gameplay. I have missed this kind of stuff some times as well, because I misread or got dates confused. In my opinion its really not a big deal.
