# Feedback about latency

Hi.  
I love your game, played for 80 hours in 2 weeks, and still playing.

But sometimes I have a problems with latency.

During 3 hours of gameplay, the ping gradually increases to ~200 about 5-6 times. This doesn’t really interfere with gameplay, but it slightly worsens the gaming experience and greatly affects gathering resources — if you click at the wrong time, the game gets a ‘Late’ rating.

The ping also jumps to ~500 0-2 times in 3 hours (which actually stops the game process). You just have to wait.

I live in Armenia. My friend in Russia experiences the same issues.  
I hope you can figure this out.

Everything else is great — I love it! Keep up the good work — you guys are awesome!
