# Exalting unique weapon not possible?

I found myself a ‘Flaming’ Fetid Club and I’m exited to put it to good use.

I want to exalt the weapon, but it appears I am not allowed to do that for some reason?

I have 3 exalted armor items, not all enchants are at 100% yet, but it’s a work in progress.

My Fetid Club has a gem infused and now I have finally enhanced all enchants to 100% - I assumed that was why I wasn’t allowed to exalt it earlier, but I am still not able to exalt it.

Are no uniques allowed to be exalted or what am I missing here?

Yes you could say that is the case for this version of the game, but then again i don’t know whether it will be possible or not to exalt uniques in the future.

**the breach patch**  
Even though we could exalt uniques back when the exalt system first was added to the game it also worked a bit differently than what it do now.

**before together update the exalt system only maxed out the stats**  
Radiant Ember is what has become of the old exalt system, it only had the purpose of maxing stats.

i think sublime embers are used to “exalting” unique items
