- Have you walked through Echo Knight at least once before the update? After the update?
- Have you completed “Spoken and Unspoken” quest? If yes, was it before or after the update?
- On which location were you when the game got updated to Patch 1?
- If it was in the dungeon, what was the precise location: entrance (near a lift), on one of the floors, on Echo Knight floor, on reward floor?
- Did you leave the dungeon before the Patch 1 update? If yes, were you able to return there and do new runs?
- Did you leave the dungeon after the Patch 1 update? If yes, were you able to return there and do new runs?
- Did you leave Sacrament before you came back when it had happened?
- If yes, how did you return to Sacrament: on your own or via teleportation? From what location did you return?
- Is the bug permanent? If no, how did it fix for you, after which actions?

2 Completed the quest before the update.
3 In the city when updating the patch, playing normally, able to run into Echo Knight.
But there was one round where Echo Knight ran into him and fell instead of going to the save point in Dun. The screen is white like a bug was born in the city. I think it will be then. Then close the game.
