I don’t think it’s possible as the damage is really low. If anyone achieved it he/she deserve huge respect for his/her patience. ---

one way to increase unarmed damage is the attack buff rune, i use it on a torch. rune damage rings should also work for the focus attack, not sure if other general dmg% modifiers on armor or rings work. ---

There are people who have finished Dark Souls unarmed, and in that game punches literally do 1-2 damage (while an starting weapons deal about 50-100).
