# Dedicated servers and or self hosting

Hello, i’m from a country that connects to european servers to play.

The latency for one thing makes, co-op almost impossible with how combat works. seeing 180ms ± latency.

I would like to see dedicated servers available. that way me and my friends here can play together and experience the game as it was meant to be enjoyed.

Honestly a Linux server would be first prize but anything where a simple port forward or steam games service is available to connect people together. I was thinking something like valheim’s servers.
