# Crucible - Echos not being collected

For some reason after some rooms being cleared I was unable to collect echoes. As you can see from the screenshot, I am standing next to echoes and I can’t collect them.

Like your other report, please also include you player logs so we have all available information and data.

I was just double checking the zip file on the Google drive and the player logs are there as you can see from the image attached:
