# Constant crashing on black loading screen

Is anyone else experiencing constant crashing? Every time I hit a loading screen, whether it be when I fast travel or even die my game usually crashes. My game just gets stuck on that black loading screen and then eventually windows tells me that my app is no longer responding. Anyone come up with any fixes yet?
