I just minimized the game to post this suggestion. Thankfully I checked the forum first and saw that I am not the only one who wants this change. I am not in the endgame yet, but I have already acquired the Endless Climbing Ring. I am not going to wear it all the time and I also really do not want to lose it by accident.
As a side note, I do not think this ring is a good solution. It is obvious that most players will use it only when needed, and it is not difficult to obtain. It might be better to simply give this ability to endgame characters without all the hassle, or to remove this feature entirely.
You are not expected to make use of it for very long, it has no purpose for battle which is what you want to build your character for and soon you will have enough stamina that climbing will never be an issue anymore.
I donāt recommend to keep it or switch to it constantly when youāre going to climb, donāt make the game harder for yourself!
I carry some valuable gear with me sometimes, for various reasons such as having just picked it up, items for max damage vs max survivability vs max experience gain, different quivers, etc.
However, as I pick up drops, it becomes difficult to manage, partially because the sorting is jank. This results in:
time wasted looking through gear 100 times per session
accidentally selling gear I wanted to keep
What Iād like to see in the game:
ability to turn āsortā off, and just have a static inventory like we do in every ARPG
when you put on a new piece of gear (from your inventory), the old gear (that you had in that slot) goes into the inventory slot the new gear was previously in. This way, your inventory isnāt jumping around.
Ability to mark items as ādo not sellā
Ability to buy back items from merchants, ideally at a reasonable cost. Eg sold price +15%
Small QoL suggestion from a day-one Early Access player (~60h played):
It would be great to have a way to mark items in the inventory (junk / for sale icon or tag).
After long, loot-heavy sessions, especially in co-op, itās easy to forget what was meant to be sold later.
Simple change, big inventory QoL improvement.
Thanks!
I would like to suggest a lock button on your characterās gear. There are some many times I accidentally loot, try to look at gear. Then I donāt realize I switched it.
Would be nice if we could favorite items we find on our travels. Basically you would be able to press a button to lock it in your inventory, preventing you from accidentally selling or discarding the item and pinning it to the top of your inventory.
hello love this game but our party need lock item in inventory for preservation for build .It happened more than once that we sold an item that we needed to change into a build. THX
Sometimes we find that valuable item that we spend hours the way we want, so that we do not run the risk of destroying or selling the item without wanting to add the option of locking the item in the inventory so that it cannot be destroyed or sold.
