There is a windmill in Lowland meadows I should be able to climb up. After hitting the switch, I started to climb it, then fell to my death. Fine, whatever. I came back and the windmill was no longer climbable and I just kept clipping through it when trying to climb it. Picture attached.
I tried restarting the game and verifying integrity of game files on steam and neither of these things did anything.
